Return & Exchange Policy

Money is not refundable (Accept disability to provide the desire product). We have only exchange policy.

You can exchange the products within 72 hours. If 72 hours have gone after you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you any exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original invoice copy.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or have any size issue.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact with our customer care (01317-20 22 66)

To return the product, Customer should send it our address. Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After we receive your returned product, we will check the item, and if the product condition match our Exchange policy, then we will send you another one which you want.
